Description We are currently recruiting for a SEC Reporting Manager Consultant for an immediate 3-day onsite per week engagement in Irvine, CA. This consulting project is estimated to be about 3 months in length. You will provide technical expertise to support accurate and timely SEC filings while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX regulations. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.) and public disclosures. + Research and resolve technical accounting issues aligned with U.S. GAAP and SEC standards. + Evaluate and improve reporting processes, ensuring SOX compliance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting. Requirements • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements • Experience in Filing financial documents • Ability to prepare and interpret Financial Notes • Knowledge of Capital Management strategies • Expertise in Cash Flow Analysis • Ability to manage and prioritize Deliverables • Understanding of Equity Capital market dynamics • Proficiency in US GAAP accounting principles • Experience in managing Debt transactions • Familiarity with Securities and Exchange Commission regulations • Ability to prepare clear and impactful Presentation Materials • Experience in preparing and filing Form 10-Q and Form 10-K • Proficiency in SEC Reporting • Experience in preparing and filing Form 8-K • Experience in managing Earnings Release processes • Understanding of Stock Compensation plans and related accounting requirements • Ability to manage various Accounting Functions • Experience with Workiva platform Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
