Role Overview and Responsibilities

2nd Shift: 3:00pm-1:00am Monday - Thursday

Full benefits package is included!

Starting wage: $17.50-$19.00 hourly with opportunity to grow

Shift differential: $1.25

 

Adherence to company policies, ISO and any other special job requirementsSufficient mechanical skill to set up and run winding machineryCount wire turns on a variety of coil formsLead-out and stacking (hand stacking under a microscope or utilizing a large stacking machine)Solder by dipping or using solder ironUtilize taping methods for transformers and coringPerform quality testing as detailed in provided process instructionsAccurately fill out required documentation throughout production processAssist in training new employeesPull up, write, and input programs into programmable machines and troubleshoot as neededRecords time and quantity produced on timesheets dailyPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications, Skills and Attributes Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent along with job specific trainingMinimum six months relevant experience in related industries Basic understanding of ISO requirements, quality audits and corrective action Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English languageAbility to follow written, oral & diagram instructionsUse measuring instruments, i.e ruler, caliper, Optical ComparatorPrevious work with a microscopeGood eye-hand coordinationAbility to effectively problem solveAbility to work independently or on a teamAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
