2nd shift: Mon-Thurs 3pm-1:30am

Job Overview:

Assure all employees are working safely and following PPE requirements

Build and maintain strong relationships with 1st shift Supervisors as well as all 2nd shift employees. While promoting and strengthening the Ventrac culture.

Promote and utilize LEAN principles.

Assure end of shift communication is complete and accurate to the department Supervisors and Manager of Operations.

Maintain high visibility on the floor and promote good morale and open communications.

Perform interviews of applicants and complete the hiring process

Perform performance reviews and communication of those reviews to employees.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum high school diplomaMinimum 3-5 years applicable work experienceExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated leadership skillsStrong communication skills, written and verbalAbility to work independently and manage priorities
