Oversee and manage the transportation and delivery operations of cement products
across Pan India
• Optimize trucking routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective
deliveries
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trucking professionals to achieve operational
excellence
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline supply chain processes and
enhance efficiency
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
• Implement best practices for fleet maintenance and performance monitoring
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the
trucking operations
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
• Handle vendor management and negotiate contracts for transportation service

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
or related field

Experience 

• Proven track record in transportation and logistics management
• Demonstrated expertise in supply chain optimization

6-10 years of experience in the Cement industry
• Experience in leading and managing a team of trucking professionals
