In partnership with the Ministry of Health, Island Health is offering a life changing career and learning opportunity to become a Mental Health and Addictions Support Worker in your own community. The Health Career Access Program (HCAP) offers employment as a Mental Health and Addictions Support Worker while you attend post-secondary and receive training to become a Mental Health and Addictions Worker. While in HCAP, participants will receive financial support for training, tuition, textbooks, and more.
