Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Secret Cleared Program Manger to support a defense contract in the Fort Meade, MD area. The program they are joining is a large infrastructure based program with 80-100 personnel on the contract. Daily responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Serve as the primary liaison between government personnel and contractor teams. Maintain daily and weekly communication between department heads, task leads, management, and other stakeholders. Run meetings and briefings on important program updates. Oversee personnel management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and counseling. Develop schedules, financial reporting, task updates, and other key documents as it relates to program execution. Provide technical direction for system maintenance, development, and improvement. Ensure the creation, implementation, and maintenance of Program Management Plans and other guiding documents for functional and technical performance. Assign and monitor tasks to ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
