Secret ServiceNow Trainer
Job Description An employer is looking for a ServiceNow Trainer to sit at Fort Meade. This candidate will be a part of a ServiceNow implementation. The company is looking to transition three legacy systems into ServiceNow. This person will be responsible for responding to senior stakeholders requests for demo creation. This will include planning, developing, and delivering demonstrations of the ServiceNow functionality of the technical products or solutions. Duties may include analyzing and preparing marketing material, preparing demonstration wireframes, and identifying and preparing outlines for each demonstration. This candidate will evaluate the efficacy of marketing materials, provide demonstration agendas, and qualify those that will participate in content delivery. Compensation: $45/hr to $55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance. Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4 - 8 years of professional experience; or 2 -6 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Additional experience may be excepted in lieu of degree. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks. Strong communication skills that enable proactive and effective collaboration with a virtual team, including the ability to clearly articulate status and present to both customers and program leadership. Candidate must have the ability to develop and present management level briefings. Previous experience creating and developing demonstration materiel, leading demonstrations, presenting in front of the customer, possesses strong technical and functional knowledge Experience with the ServiceNow application Experience or familiarity with agile development Exposure to ServiceNow applications like Telecommunication Management System (TSM), Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI), Order Management Telecommunications (OMT) modules, etc. Experience with JIRA and Confluence. Understanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certified. Bachelors degree in a technical field such as System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline Experience working with large software systems including hardware integration and test. Experience working with multi-disciplinary technical development teams.
