Job Description Responsible for designing and executing Qualification test plans to validate the functionality and quality of complex Army missile systems Lead and support component, subsystem, and system-level qualification testing; test types may include Environmental, EMI/EMC, Safety, Human Factors, Live Fire Evaluate systems to ensure they meet military standards (MIL-STD) Identify potential weapon system issues and defects by performing tests on the system's features Report findings to ensure the final product meets specifications, working closely with development teams across the product lifecycle This position involves physically climbing on top of military vehicles and weapon systems We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
