Job Description Insight Global is searching for a Secret Cleared Technical Lead to support a client based out of Maryland. The candidate can work remotely and will be expected to travel to meet their team 5-10% of the time (once or twice a year or as needed). This person will be responsible for the following: Role Overview:  Lead and support multiple engineering tasks  Design technical solutions for mission services using scalable OnPrem or Cloud-based technologies.  Collaborate with systems and network engineers, developers, IT security, operations, and other lead managers.  Ensure system improvements for compliance and resiliency.  Manage technical aspects of a team of network engineers and collaborate with support groups.  Maintain, configure, and install systems and product deliverables.  Set standards for system design and configurations. Responsibilities:  Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT services in a multi-customer and multi-vendor environment.  Provide direction and management to multiple work groups engaged in diverse IT infrastructure activities.  Develop technical proposals to support new business development.  Own customer relationships and lead technical solution and requirements sessions.  Conduct performance evaluations, plan salary actions, and recommend hires and promotions.
