Composes and edits correspondence and reports, maintains various files and databases, receives and manages incoming calls and emails, and handles mail distribution. Compiles and submits monthly and annual activity and performance reports for the Gaming Section. Types and files original and supplemental reports for the Gaming Section. Generates financial reports, reviews and processes invoices, timesheets, and travel vouchers and expenditures in SIGMA, orders office supplies, and equipment. Manages Procurement Card purchases and its records. In addition, the position serves as a liaison between the section commander and law enforcement personnel assigned to the Gaming Section. The MSP personnel most visible to the public are the uniform troopers whose primary responsibilities include traffic enforcement, crime prevention and investigation, and community engagement and service.   Required Education and Experience Education Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school. Experience Four years of office experience involving administrative support practices, including one year equivalent to advanced 8-level administrative support work, or equivalent to a Secretary E8, or Legal Secretary E8. OR Four years of office experience involving administrative support practices, including two years equivalent to experienced E7-level administrative support work, or equivalent to a Secretary 7, or Legal Secretary 7.
