Essential Functions:

Provides secretarial/administrative support directly to clinical faculty and senior staff exercising confidentialityUsing business software applications e,g, word processing, presentation and spreadsheet, to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etcmay prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiriesReceives, screens, and directs incoming calls, patients, mail and emailUnder the direction of the Chairman of Anesthesia, the position supports the Anesthesia Officer of the Day with the daily staffing assignments, management of the daily schedule for SomersetMaintains files, records, calendars, coordinates meeting arrangements and maintains meeting minutes and OR quality metrics
