Overview **Hybrid Work Schedule (3-4 days/wk in office) ** As part of the PBNA Commercial Organization, the PBNA Sector Commercial Marketing Team is a centralized function that oversees the full beverage portfolio with strong dotted line reporting relationships to the Marketing Organization. This portfolio view allows the team to drive program effectiveness and efficiency through the development of best practices and share learnings across the brands. The PBNA Sector Commercial Marketing Team is seeking a strategic, highly collaborative and creative marketer with a passion for consumer-centric brand plans at the moment of choice. The ideal candidate will have a well rounded marketing background and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is a key experience in Marketing talent development and has wide visibility within the Marketing & Commercial organizations at both a Sector and Division level. As part of the Commercial Marketing team, this role is responsible for creating and executing our national retail priorities, as well as translating those national priorities with our CCO customers and Division partners. This role reports into the Senior Manager of Commercial Marketing (Pepsi) Responsibilities Partner with key stakeholders in the development and execution of CSD programming (like Food Deserves Pepsi Programing, Pepsi Zero Sugar Trial and more) with cross functional collaboration between: Brand Marketing Teams, Programming Team, and our in-house marketing services team (ACTIVATR). Build tools, point of sale and sell-in materials to bring the brand portfolio to life at the moment of choice, establishing clear objectives and tracking key success metrics in partnership with Commercial Planning & Execution, Finance and Business performance team through internal forums Serve as the liaison to brand Leadership for Commercial Marketing: attend XF meetings providing key Commercial updates Act as key point of contact on Pepsi Commercial Marketing for brand, programming, commercial planning, divisions, CCO teams and more, including leading key commercial marketing updates at leadership meetings Provide insight into business performance through occasional data analytics via IRI Set and execute value strategy to support brand performance on Pepsi Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,900 - $122,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Qualifications BA required 1-2 years of marketing experience in relevant fields (brand and/or agency) Experience working with cross-functional internal and external teams, particularly for retail programming Experience managing programs through in-market execution and tracking/performance measurement Strategic mind with a curiosity to learn commercial strategy, and how to translate that into into tangible/actionable recommendations Highly analytical and motivated This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
