Sector Expertise and Thought LeadershipProvide internal guidance to the consulting team and demonstrate external thought leadershipDevelop, maintain and pro-actively share with the global consulting and business development organization an appropriate sector knowledgePro-actively support the Food, Agriculture and Renewable Materials (FARM) team members in reaching team goalsSupport projects from other teams across Product and Corporate Sustainability, particularly by providing FARM expert LCA know-how and guidanceSupport standardization, workflow improvement and documentation to enhance delivery efficiency in the FARM sectorDevelop and maintain standardized data collection (and validation) sheetDevelop and maintain generic Agricultural model (for internal and external use)Develop and maintain agriculture datasets proxy list (LCA FE-> database extension and development), if appropriateDevelop and maintain tools to create proxiesPro-actively research existing and new technical topics of the FARM industry with relevance for agriculture sustainability projectsPro-actively engage with relevant external stakeholders and bodies such as European Union, industry associations, industry market drivers with regards to standardization, methodology development, thought leadership, etc.Identify new sales opportunities in your sector. Support colleagues from business development in drafting proposals and Statements of work (SOW)Appropriately represent Sphera in client contact with seniorityEngage with customer, typically with management level. Build a trust relationship with clients, identify client challenges, and propose solutions. Develop high-level business relationsGenerate new business ideas.Create/develop marketing activities and support the Go-to-Market strategy developments in your domain/sector. Inform marketing about any conference, event, etc. attendanceDemonstrate thought leadership in the agricultural sector through presentations, blogs, publications of studies, whitepapers, webinars etc. on our homepage, at conferences, and journals or by posting e.g., on LinkedIn, etc.Submit your timesheets on a weekly basis in OpenAirPlan/Adapt your vacation planning once a month in OpenAir. Monitor your project status regularly (e.g. resource schedule, budget, profitability, etc.) and plan/adapt your projects once a monthQuality Assurance and Project SupportBe responsible for quality assurance according to Sphera’s Quality Assurance processesEnsure all deliverables are QA-checkedConduct and organize QA of models and deliverables of FARM projects or for projects in a certain regionPro-actively support the development and maintenance of Sphera's QA guidelines, e.g., according to the latest methodology standardsPro-actively research for relevant QA topics and where relevant provide internal guidance and external thought leadershipPro-actively engage with relevant external stakeholders and bodies (such as critical reviewer, EPD Program Operators) with regards to QASupport organizing meetings/trainings for QA experts and organize at least one yearly QA-training for consultantsSupport the QA Director on customers and suppliers request regarding Quality topicsManage audits and trainings in the companyDevelop and maintain standardized check lists and guidance documents for QASupport developing, maintaining and pro-actively sharing with the global consulting organization and the content team an appropriate QA domain knowledgeKnowledge & SkillsStrong MS Office (Excel/ Word, PPT) skillsExpert user of Sphera softwareStrong written and oral presentation skills#LI-SM1
