Depending on the size and governance model of the respective Sector Initiative a Program Manager will manage up to 3 initiatives. In addition, depending on the seniority and experience of the candidate, she/he will take on the responsibility of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) pertaining to one of the pillars necessary to further build out and maintain the excellence of the service we want to deliver to our customers. These additional pillars are revolving around:Market watch and business development,Continuous improvement of reporting and monitoring tools, Salesforce journey,Marketing, communication and Social Media presence,Scalable Sector Initiative supplier capability building learning solutions,The Sector Initiative Program Manager will report directly to the Global Director of Sector Initiatives. Your main responsibilities as a Sector Initiative Program Manager will be:operational and strategic lead of up to 3strategic sector initiatives,expansion of your Sector Initiatives via new memberships, scaling of number of rated companies in the shared network, sustainability performance improvement,contractual terms specific for sector initiatives including negotiation, expansion and growth as it relates to renewing or upselling new solutions or services to initiative members,preparation, delivery, minutes and follow up of Executive Councils, Membership and Workstream meetings,regular internal efficiency reportings,building and nurturing excellent relationships with key leadership and executives within the initiatives and contributing to high customer satisfaction and net promoter score,internal alignment with the Account Managers allocated to member accounts,lead of at least one cross cutting team topic as outlined above.Qualifications3 years experience in fields of sustainability consulting, strategic partnerships, program direction and/or account management acquired in a fast paced environment,Bachelor's Degree required, a Masters degree in relevant field (Sustainability, Supply Chain, etc.) is an asset,fluent in English (written and spoken)excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details,excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present to executive level groups,perseverance and diplomacy,strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted, multi-stakeholder projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth,computer literate (MS office, Google Suite, Project management tools, Salesforce, Tableau,),interest to work in an international and multicultural environmentself-driven, results oriented and team player,passionate for sustainabilityAdditional InformationLocation: Warsaw - Hybrid (4 days a month from the office) Start date: December 2nd 2024 Contract of Employment - Fixed term (6 months)Benefits:Support with all the necessary office and IT equipmentOptional (fully covered or co-financed) health care and life insuranceMultisport card and wellness allowanceMulticafeteriaLunch cardAnnual performance bonusFlexible working hoursHybrid workInternet and electricity bill allowanceCSR activitiesModern, pet-friendly office in the city center (next to Rondo ONZ)Community service day when volunteeringPlease, share with us your English CV and we can guarantee a response to every application.
