Responsible for providing dailytechnical and application baseline support in runningLegal business functions as well as implementing qualitysolutions for these areas. Must rely on extensiveexperience and judgment to maintain and supportmultiple priority applications. This role will work with ITpartners, vendors and clients to perform analysis,design, test, system upgrades, package implementationsand enhancements as part of a DevSecOps team.Security is a priority and this role will be responsible forworking across Security, IT Operations and the businessto secure hardware and solutions. The ideal candidatewill enjoy working in a fast paced, changing environmentwhere successful dealing with ambiguity is key. Your Impact As Sector IT Manager your scope would consist of Ensure high availability and optimal performance of allcorporate applications under Legal business functions. Collaborate closely with internal and external technicalteam members to effectively and effi ciently addressbusiness/system needs. Maintain a close relationship with the IT applicationlead for Legal, holding periodic meetings (monthly, atleast). Lead troubleshooting meetings with various technicalteams to promptly resolve any critical (P3+) incidents. Provide support for a variety of environments andarchitectures where Legal business applications arehosted (both hardware and software), interacting withother technical teams. Ensure compliance with the Disaster Recovery policyby addressing all required steps such as businessimpact analysis and DR exercises. Plan, coordinate, and execute certifi cate renewals,SSO, encryptions, attestations, patching, upgrades tonew releases/versions, security remediation,environment migrations, and technical refreshes(including operating systems, databases, and hardware). Attend all Major Incident Management (MIM) meetings that might impact Legal applications, always focusing onthe swift restoration of impacted services. Keep application documentation and vendor contactinformation up to date. Manage the relationship with the MPSA vendor,overseeing their deliverables such as regularperformance, minor enhancements, and, eventually,projects. Adhere to PepsiCo’s SLAs for incident management,problem management, change management, servicerequests, and security requirements. Optimize and rightsize environments, especially thoserunning on the cloud, to identify cost-savingopportunities. Attend DevSecOps governance meetings and presentupdates as needed. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? 4-year BS Degree 5+ years' experience in application (both vendor packageand in-house built) support, deployment and or integration Technically strong with ability to understand applicationarchitecture Understanding networking protocols, basic fi rewall rules Full Life Cycle project management experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Team Player, high degree of self-motivation, resultsoriented, strong collaboration skills May require on call 24x7 during peak times Candidate must have customer service attitude andembrace IT as a service provider • Ability to collaborate with IT, vendor, and business teamsworking at remote locations • Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced,customer-focused work environment characterized byrapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competingpriorities • Ability to think strategically and see how parts interactwith the big picture • Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills • Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking andleadership with strong abilities in relationship management • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with alllevels of the organization to persuade and infl uencedecision making of key business and IT stakeholders • Strong emotional intelligence and relationshipmanagement skills • Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills • Able to communicate technical or complex subject matterto senior leaders in simple business language • A proactive and highly organized individual capable ofsuccessfully managing multiple initiatives simultaneously • Comfortable working with ambiguity and a proven trackrecord of delivering results while managing competingandconfl icting priorities • Strategic thinker who can fi nd opportunities to deliver If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
