Main Responsibilities\:
- Support complex projects engagement as ( A and B ) with RAC DC and RAC MEA/ C&D projects under DCS and
CI project scope
- Lead the configuration reviews with Presales team across Neal Clusters .
- Drive the required training with Partners and Consultant Ecsystem
- Put in place the cadences trainings / business review with SP sales / V1 / V2 communities at clusters level
- Develop and standardize the analytics / Reports on quotation center / ISX portal detailing the workload KPI’s / Hit rates turn-around time , top challenges and points of attention to be addressed .
- Follow up the tendering of projects under C categorization - Define the escalation and communication process toward SME ‘s community ( Cooling , 3phase , 1phase , Rack&PDU , MDC AND Prefab , Ecostruxure , ETO and project best practices ) that's affect Neal acitivties
- Animate and communication on the action trackers dashboard for Presales leader reviews with BVP's / MEA HEAD OF PRESALES
- Use and monitor the governance tools as \: SR process / Categorization tool and communicate on the progresses during the Performance Reviews . - Engage periodic reveiw with Line of Business supporting the offer Management / Offer per formances review from the Solutionning , Ordering and Hit rates . Agree with the LOB on the evolution / re- bound action to be taken supporting the offer deployement and forcasts achivements
- Extend support with active Geographical coverage for all Neal Geographies
