Job Title: Securities Administration Services Analyst 2 Job Description The candidate is responsible for extracting bond and loan calculations from large legal documents and uploading them into an Access-like database. The role involves managing large loan portfolios, some exceeding $1B, and handling transactions for a diverse group of investors who buy and sell portions of these loans. The candidate will balance daily cash and report on monthly and quarterly cash positions for both loan holders and investors. Additionally, the role includes pulling client data from documents to ensure accuracy. Strong Excel skills are essential, and basic knowledge of Access is a plus. Responsibilities + Extract bond and loan calculations from large legal documents. + Upload data into an Access-like database. + Manage large loan portfolios, including loans over $1B. + Handle transactions for investors buying and selling loan portions. + Balance daily cash and report on monthly and quarterly cash positions. + Pull and verify client data from documents to ensure accuracy. Essential Skills + 1+ year of experience in financial service, accounting, or analytical analysis; or a BS/BA degree or higher in Math, Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline. + Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, sort, formulas, and functions. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in an analytical role or at a bank is a bonus. + BA or BS in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics. Work Environment Candidates will train in the office and then transition to a hybrid work schedule. The role involves working with a department of roughly 40 people and collaborating on deals with Lead Analysts and Account Managers for support. The Corporate Trust department is one of the most profitable business lines, with significant growth over the past two years. Candidates who convert to permanent positions will receive a raise and have opportunities for advancement to Analyst 3 and Analyst 4 levels. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
