THE OPPORTUNITY:
The mission for this role is to provide organizational and administrative support that helps to keep the securities department operating smoothly. This can be accomplished by focusing on the key task that will be outlined below.
Tracking and Reporting Department Revenue
Preparing for Client Meetings
Complete and Track On-Boarding of New Clients
Keep and Store Meeting Minutes
Run Quarterly Investment Monitoring Reports
Complete and Keep Track of Progress on Investment Changes
Help Set Appointments for Client Meetings
Maintain Files for Plan Highlights Pages
Gather and Customize Reports
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You are perfect for this opportunity if you
2 years working as an administrative assistant, preferably on a securities team
High School Diploma
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Adobe Acrobat
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
Team oriented self-starter with ability to prioritize, monitor and control workflow deadlines and be flexible
Detail oriented
