About the role:
You'll have an exciting opportunity to work with end user groups in support of the selling process to evaluate and solve technical problems, conduct product presentations, perform product demonstrations and answer prospect questions. The position is critical to support our existing Loanet business and will work toward the key initiative to modernize Loanet.
About the team:
FIS Securities Lending Processing Platform and FIS Agency Lending Disclosure Processor have a market leading position in delivering technology and services to the Securities Finance & Collateral industry. The components of FIS’ solution suite are designed to support the entire and value chain and processes of the Securities Finance and Collateral market. The global business has 200+ clients, both sell side and buy side institutions including Banks, Agent Lenders, Broker/Dealers and Asset Managers.
What you will be doing:
Makes product presentations, answers prospect questions and is knowledgeable about prospect business needsLeverages product, industry and business process knowledge to formulate business solutions that serve prospect business needsDelivers product demonstrations for supported solution set and serves as a resource for demonstration scripting and enhancement recommendationsWorks as a member of a sales team to assist in the sale of assigned products or services to identified key accountsDemonstrates knowledge of specific products including various solutions, market and competitive intelligenceProvides product content to sales executive for inclusion into proposals for clients utilizing FIS resources and toolsAssists in developing sales plans, strategies and product sales presentationsProvides product related responses to RFPs and sales support business solutionsEvaluates existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend and implement system changesTakes an active/ownership role in resolving issues and challenges within the product sales processMaintains a network of contacts keeping product knowledge currentIdentifies challenges and issues within the product sales processAssists in finding solutions to product sales challengesWhat you bring:
At least 8 years of experience in product management, design and/or development of software products and services for the Capital Markets domain with strong track record of progressive experience and responsibilitySpecific experience in the Securities Finance domain /Securities Lending & Borrowing and Collateral Management, Usage of FIS products specifically Loanet Core products and experience with regulatory requirements of Securities Finance and Collateral industryBachelor’s degree required, MBA a plusAcumen in business, technology, and analytical capabilities with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced and challenging environmentExperience with product management principles and methodologies; experience in software development lifecycle, release management and change managementStructured thinker who can quickly organize and execute action plans with a desire to continually learn and improve approaches and methodologiesStrong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a variety of levels within the organizationWhat we offer you:
