About this role:

Wells Fargo is looking for Securities Operations Representative for Wealth and Investment Management group.

In this role, you will:

Perform various operational tasks on complex securities that require general knowledge of unit functions and systemsSupport securities operationsIdentify ways to improve the overall processPerform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquires and reconciling transactionsReview time sensitive documentsReceive direction from supervisor and coordinate situations involving other departmentsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications, International:

Experience in Securities Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience and education

Desired Qualifications:

Completed at least 2nd year in College (Bachelor's degree) or finished 2/3 year Associate degree courseExcellent problem solving, analytical and technical skills with ability to apply critical judgment and come up with effective decisionsStrong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation with ability to validate workHigh proficiency with Microsoft ProgramAbility to adapt to a fast paced environment and perform under pressure with a high motivation and able to meet stringent deadlines with strong sense of urgency and results and detail orientationAbility to plan, prioritize and execute a body of work with minimal supervisionExceptional research, data entry and exception handling skills.Flexibility to work in night shifts, or weekends/holidays if deemed necessary by the businessPossess an impeccable reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency and business acumenHighly analytical and keen to detailsFamiliarity with banking documentsAbility and experience to interact with US Customers

Job Expectations:

This will be a Blended queue with the TM expected to take in phone calls as well as process documents

Person in this role will perform variety of operational tasks for account opening and maintenance related to transactions and processes. Walkthrough and document requirements, approval of   documents and service requests (not   related to asset movement), general inquiries   regarding policies and procedures (not related to asset movement)
