As a Securities Paralegal you will have the opportunity to communicate and work with attorneys, service providers, and employees at all levels. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by assisting with the company’s ability to maintain compliant with the Securities and Exchange commission. The team you will be working with is professional and intuitive, and values how this department contributes to the success of the company.
So, what will you be doing as a Securities Paralegal?
Assist in drafting and filing corporate disclosure documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Execute Conflict Minerals compliance Support governance and compliance projects Research, analyze and apply detailed regulations Provide general administrative support to the attorneys in the SEC GroupTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:
3-5 years administrative or paralegal experience Exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication Effectively prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines Protect confidentiality of sensitive information Proficient with Microsoft Office Proficient in Excel and performing multi-step calculationsThings we consider a plus:
