Securities Services - Cash Product Manager - Vice President

As a Cash Product Manager, you will oversee the full suite of cash products for clients and markets supported by Securities Services, with a focus on the Americas. You will take ownership of shaping the strategic landscape of cash products in the short, medium, and long term, driving innovation and efficiency in a complex and evolving environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Global lead for Billing and Pricing, driving revenue for cash transactions.
• Global lead for the Standard Settlement Instruction product for accurate payment information.
• Lead support for the US Domestic Dollar offering and its evolving payments landscape.
• Develop a robust understanding of the Securities Services client base and market dynamics, including competition, regulatory changes, emerging client requirements, and product needs.
• Design and optimize the cash operating model to reduce risk and enhance product value by expanding core cash services and enhancing client experience.
• Shape and support the implementation of the strategic vision for cash products and intraday liquidity management.
• Develop solutions for client requirements and new product developments.
• Identify opportunities to improve the cash product offering expansions.
• Act as the escalation point for product-related questions within the region and ensure suitable resolution and management of issues.
• Support internal and external product training and selling of products managed, including RFI and RFP processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in a product function or related functional support teams.
• Knowledge of domestic US and cross-border payments and clearing infrastructures, bank funding processes, product, risk, and business management disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly broker solutions and resolve conflict situations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Undergraduate degree required.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Recognized SME within domestic US and cross-border payments and clearing infrastructures, or a related field.
• Experience in securities services or a related financial services field.
