As a Vice President in the Securities Services P&A Team, you will support the Securities Services organization by managing major deliverables and shaping the strategic vision of the business. Collaborate with stakeholders and senior business leads to manage critical deliverables, contribute to the digital transformation agenda, and drive key regulatory reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end ownership of major deliverables for Security Services sub-businesses, including budgeting, forecasting, and executive reviews. Consolidate and analyze financial results, providing actionable insights to business leads. Collaborate with Business Management, Product Controller teams, and Securities Services Strategy team on critical presentations and projects. Create and deliver robust reporting that forecasts performance and assesses offerings. Drive key regulatory reporting, such as CCAR and OCC. Assist in developing and presenting qualitative and quantitative financial analysis. Conduct deep dive analyses on key issues impacting the business. Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders. Lead a team of VPs and Associates, providing strategic direction and mentorship. Manage accountabilities and expectations at all levels.Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting. 7 years of relevant FP&A or strategic finance experience in financial services. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address performance and strategy issues. Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills. Strong relationship and interpersonal skills for interacting with senior executives. Strong communication, executive storytelling, and presentation skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with high attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
CFA, CPA, or MBA. Experience in digital transformation initiatives within financial services.
