 Job responsibilitiesCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficienciesSupports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsRaises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resourcesEnsure product investment is clearly aligned to commercial business objective and clearly aligned to wider Securities Services Strategic plansDefine and document requirements to the required quality levelProvide verbal and written status updates as required to support senior management with timely and accurate maintenance and archiving of program artefactsWork with Senior Product Dev and Product Managers to position the product and develop key messages to use with external clients/prospects as well as JPMorgan senior managementRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsStrong presentation skills and communication skills - Ability to organize, communicate with, and influence a range of audiences internally and externally; expectation to display exceptional logical writing and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simplyChange Management - Experience in delivering a change agenda and developing innovative solutions to new challengesStrategic Thinking – Focus on superior strategic thinking and problem solving abilities as it relates to the business and the delivery of the strategyRelationship skills - ability to gain access to individuals within a range of functions in the organization; earn a reputation for integrity, intelligence and problem solvingTeam player - Ability to manage cross functional teams and motivate the team to deliver whilst working within a team and sharing knowledge, best practices and support to the Product Development teamPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExpertise in product development management or the collateral services business areaDeveloped knowledge of the product development life cycleAwareness and interest in technology innovationsAwareness of Custody and Fund Services offered by global custodians
