Securitized Products Reconciliation Analyst
**Role: Securitized Products Reconciliation Analyst** **Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid 3 DAYS Onsite)** **Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/conversion** **Job description:** • Assist with setup and on-going support for bank loan, warehouse and repo facility reconciliation and position reporting o Monthly and quarterly ABS and CLO processing and related automation o Cash and loan transaction account reconciliation and related automation o Daily reconciliation report and position statement review and related automation o Assist with documentation of requirements, use cases, and related testing data o Follow detailed reconciliation and processing scripts to: • Properly bifurcate cash and transaction activity and related breaks for each facility • Assist with preparation of daily aggregated facility reporting • Test model and data for completeness and accuracy • Create reconciliation and validation tools for structured finance transactions utilizing python **Qualifications:** • Some experience in the ABS/CLO/CMBS/RMBS industry is preferred • Proficiency in a programming language such as python or VBA is desirable but not required • General knowledge of databases, software and overall process design is desirable • BS degree in finance or a relevant quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, computer science, or engineering is highly desirable • Proficiency with cash-flow modeling of securitized products is preferred • Proficiency with bank loan or repo facility cash and account reconciliation is strongly preferred • Must be highly competent with Excel • Proficiency with Access, SQL, and/or ETL experience is a plus • Must have strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethic, and good communication skills • Must be motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
