Security Admin

Provide non-exempt administrative support to the Security Administration organization.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Familiarity with security-specific software and database programs. Experience with DISS (Defense Information System for Security). One year of administrative and clerical experience. Strong computer skills.

Preferred Skills:

Working knowledge of personnel security processes, including processing Personnel Security Questionnaires (PSQs) and Program Access Requests (PARs). Understanding of classified material services, including document control and security database management. Experience with badge/ID office functions, including image capture and badge creation using BMS software.

Job Responsibilities:

Process employee security clearance and Program Access Requests (PARs). Interview employees to ensure accuracy and completeness of Personnel Security Questionnaires (PSQs). Maintain clearance filing systems, records, and databases. Interface with external government representatives and internal customers as needed. Assist with classified material services, including visit coordination, contract handling, and data receipt/dispatch. Act as backup for Badge/ID Office operations, including badge design and creation. Ensure timely handling of security-related processes and documentation. Learn and support the PAR process.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
