Purpose: To ensure proper protection of information assets, accessed through the Ericsson IT environment. You will be a key player by providing IT security operations, expertise, support and solutions, based on the IT Security requirements and enabling compliance with applicable internal /external requirements, laws, regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Security Operations

Responsible for administrative work for addition, modification, or removalof application or resources with agreed guidelines with scope of SAP and Non – SAP resources.Monitors requests related to addition, modification, and removal of resources through service request.Accurate and effective management of the validation and implementation of all Service requests definedMaking sure that the requests are executed on time.Monitor requests to ensure that the requests are executed on time.Configure IDM & Beyond trusts for servers orderable.Change/rotate password for CIs/Servers.Co-ordinate with suppliers or internal teams to execute service request.Troubleshoot issues for service requests.

Operational Support

Support and educate service owners or ITDMs related to addition, modification or removal of application or resources.Ensure compliance of SOX and ISO controls.Document PUC processesProvide trainings, expertise, and guidance related to PUC process and services
