Responsibilities
A Identity & Access Management Security Engineer II is a skilled security professional who possesses experience in configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting of a wide variety of IDM/IAM applications. The Senior Identity & Access Management Security Engineer II can work autonomously and can grasp the impact of his or her work on existing and planned infrastructure. This position involves working on Identity & Access management lifecycle, troubleshooting issues, following all processes and procedures, escalating issues as necessary, and creating/updating documentation. Hands-On Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, and troubleshooting skills are required. A strong understanding of Identity management tools is required.
From a workflow perspective, this position is the escalation point for all security issues technically challenging and carrying high customer visibility and impact for Oracle Health's Internal and External Clients.
The Oracle Health Security team is responsible for issues related to IAM, including daily AD & Mainframe audits and responding to pages during on-call.
The key areas of responsibility will include (but are not limited to) the following:
Handling IDAM related tickets for multiple environments including AD, Mainframe, AS400, ITIM etc. through BMC Remedy Tool. Managing access to over 35+ domains on Oracle Cerner/ Oracle Health Working on automated access provisioning on the IAG tool Providing access to Network tools through TACACS/ISE. Performing audits and artifact collection for external & internal certifications. Offboarding Process – Performing HR reports audits and removing/modifying the access for any associates terminations or transfer to another team. Providing on-call supportMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management Lifecycle. Hands-on experience in Active Directory. Demonstrated capability to learn and adapt to new situations & requirements. Basic knowledge of Windows Servers. Good communication skills; verbal and especially written. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work with stakeholders. Ability to work overtime when required. Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
