Role Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Security Analyst to join our team. As a Security Analyst at Broadridge, you will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of access controls, ensuring the protection of data and applications. This position involves collaborating with various support and engineering teams to efficiently manage access requests and enhance security protocols.
Responsibilities:
Collaboratively support complex application implementations and upgrades with the build team.Design, implement, and ensure adherence to access controls to protect data and applications.Establish effective relationships with other support/service areas to promote efficient access request processing.Deliver prompt root cause analysis and corrective action plans for problem resolution.Ensure adherence to established change management processes and timelines.Apply critical thinking and reasoning for problem resolution and its organizational impact.Communicate professionally and effectively both in writing and verbally.Maintain a team player attitude with a willingness to help peers.Identify opportunities for process and documentation improvement.Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience providing technical guidance to analyze, administer, and maintain user accounts and entitlements across various platforms such as infrastructure, applications (mainframe, web-based, database), and Active Directory.Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.Willingness to cover nights and weekends for after-hours emergency coverage on a rotating schedule.Experience working with mainframe security products like Top-Secret.IBM Mainframe experience is required.
