JOB DESCRIPTION

OBJECTIVE:
• Reviewing current system security measures and recommending and implementing enhancements
• Developing and enforcing project timelines for new implementations and system upgrades
• Analyzes and detects security gaps to improve Adient’s security posture

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviewing current system security measures and recommending and implementing enhancements
• Developing and enforcing project timelines for new implementations and system upgrades
• Plans, researches, and designs the architecture of cybersecurity systems
• Assists other IT teams in the design and architecture of their solutions to ensure they are compliant and secure
• Analyzes and detects security gaps to improve Adient’s security posture
• Empowers and guides other members of the team, specially those more junior
• Works with business and IT alike to ensure proper fulfillment of Security needs
• Continuously analyze Security portfolio to identify cost savings and feature improvements
• Ability to set and align goals consistent with company objectives and to adapt plans to changing environments.
• Review and suggest changes to company BOS policies and standards to make sure they are current and adequate to comply with Adient’s requirements
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision or encouragement
• Trains staff in the use of industry best practices, established operational methodologies and documented procedures.
• Ability to recognize and respond to customer expectations with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to set and align goals consistent with company objectives and to adapt plans to changing environments.
• Adheres to the Company's Ethics standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-year University degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems.
• At least 4years of experience architecting and designing IT Solutions
• 2 At least 4 years of experience in Cybersecutirty
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people of different skills, backgrounds, departments and management levels
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in speaking English
