We work to continuously improve for our customers and our team. **Partner with our enterprise customers** As a Security Architect, you are part of the Akamai Professional Services team and work directly with clients to deliver Akamai's solutions. You will be involved with projects from design through implementation, testing and customer sign-off. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams throughout to ensure the highest quality outcomes. As a Security Architect Senior, you will be responsible for: + Owning the technical aspects of integration (configuration, debugging, documentation, testing and go-live) of our Security Solutions + Analyzing customer traffic as well as systems and customizing Akamai security solutions to answer customers' security needs and challenges + Collaborating with cross-functional project team to scope, set timelines, create technical solutions and support the ongoing implementations + Delivering advanced Professional Services such as training, consultancy workshops and optimizations according to customer requirements + Participating in ongoing training initiatives to develop your skills + Being a proactive technical consultant for our customers, delivering value with every engagement **Do what you love** To be successful in this role you will: + Have experience in web security projects or in supporting security including understanding of modern web attacks + Have knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and how they relate to internet services compromise or attacks + Have knowledge and experience with web applications, content delivery and network protocols (DNS, HTTP and HTTPS) + Have experience using command line tools, scripting and log analysis + Be able to analyse data, provide actionable solutions and thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders + Demonstrate communication and presentation skills in Italian and English to articulate technical information + Show proactivity and work with a sense of urgency with a constant desire to learn **Work in a way that works for you** FlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
