Partner with our enterprise customers

As a Security Architect, you are part of the Akamai Professional Services team and work directly with clients to deliver Akamai's solutions. You will be involved with projects from design through implementation, testing and customer sign-off. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams throughout to ensure the highest quality outcomes.

As a Security Architect Senior, you will be responsible for:

Owning the technical aspects of integration (configuration, debugging, documentation, testing and go-live) of our Security SolutionsAnalyzing customer traffic as well as systems and customizing Akamai security solutions to answer customers' security needs and challengesCollaborating with cross-functional project team to scope, set timelines, create technical solutions and support the ongoing implementationsDelivering advanced Professional Services such as training, consultancy workshops and optimizations according to customer requirementsParticipating in ongoing training initiatives to develop your skillsBeing a proactive technical consultant for our customers, delivering value with every engagement

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

Have experience in web security projects or in supporting security including understanding of modern web attacksHave knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and how they relate to internet services compromise or attacksHave knowledge and experience with web applications, content delivery and network protocols (DNS, HTTP and HTTPS)Have experience using command line tools, scripting and log analysisBe able to analyse data, provide actionable solutions and thought leadership to internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrate communication and presentation skills in Italian and English to articulate technical informationShow proactivity and work with a sense of urgency with a constant desire to learn
