Position Overview Infinity Systems Engineering is seeking a dynamic Security Assistance to support execution of the Space Systems and Hardware Integration for Novel Space Experiments (SSHINE) program in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at Kirtland Air Force Base. The primary responsibilities of this role are ensuring facility security and equipment/document integrity in support of experiment and evaluation execution. Primary Responsibilities + Ensure facility security by managing alarm systems, monitoring access, and overseeing the protection of sensitive equipment and documentation + Troubleshoot and resolve alarm system malfunctions and access errors to ensure continuous, secure operations + Oversee the upgrade and maintenance of government-owned facility alarm systems, ensuring compliance with relevant security standards + Serve as the GSA container custodian, managing sensitive materials in compliance with 18 CFR 3a.61 regulations + Support the execution of SSHINE experiments and evaluations by maintaining secure facilities and managing access control + Provide expert support for DoD space missions and programs, ensuring all security protocols are followed + Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to maintain security compliance and resolve issues promptly + Exercise strong attention to detail to ensure all operations meet both government and industry compliance requirements + Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address security challenges and support operational needs Minimum Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in facility security, risk management, satellite operations, or a related field + Experience with management of alarm systems in a government or industry facility + Experience troubleshooting alarm system and access errors + Experience with upgrading and maintaining government owned facility alarm systems + Experience as a GSA container custodian in accordance with 18 CFR 3a.61 + Experience with DoD space missions and programs + Effective communication and interpersonal skills + Strong attention to detail and a meticulous eye for meeting government and industry compliance requirements + Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities Preferred Qualifications + Experience in satellite operations + Experience working directly with operations or engineering analysts Education Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, risk management, law enforcement, or a related field   Clearance Requirement Secret Clearance, Top Secret/SCI Experience Desired   Infinity Benefits   Great Company Culture.  Infinity firmly believes that our success is due to the happiness and personal satisfaction of our employees.  Health Benefits.  100% Company Paid   Medical and Dental for you AND your family.  Work that Stays at Work.  Genuine work/life balance and flexibility.
