**Your Career**
In this role, you will own the entire testing flow for the product, from developing and maintaining tests to reporting results. You will shape the testing infrastructure by proposing and demanding new features, ensuring its alignment with evolving product needs. Additionally, you will manage the testing lifecycle for product versions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient process from initial testing to release. This high-impact position combines technical development, process management, and strategic decision-making, providing significant opportunities for professional growth and making a direct impact on the product's success.
**Your Impact**
+ Write and maintain content to an existing in-house testing infrastructure.
+ Work closely with the development team to design features to an existing testing infrastructure.
+ Oversee the entire testing flow, including planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring efficient and effective test processes.
+ Collaborate with other team members to refine and extend testing methodologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
+ Drive the testing process to ensure it adapts to evolving needs and aligns with team goals.
+ Innovate and implement tools to improve reporting and analysis, utilizing technologies and in-house developed systems and teams .
+ Assume responsibility for production releases, serving as the final checkpoint before products are delivered to clients.
+ For candidates with coding experience, there is an opportunity to develop tools and expand responsibilities to include coding and scripting tasks.
**Your Experience**
+ 2+ years of experience in QA, IT Systems, or Technical Support roles within a technology company.
+ Basic understanding of operating system components purposes and roles.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in complex software technology flows.
+ Ability to work methodically and provide clear status updates.
+ Capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
+ Familiarity with Python/C/C++ is advantageous.
+ Knowledge of vCenter and virtualization technologies is advantageous.
+ Understanding of cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous.
