Security Automation Engineer (Intel Focus)
What you can expect
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with a background in Threat Intelligence. As a Security Automation Engineer within Zoom’s Detection & Response team, you’ll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our SOAR platform. The ideal candidate will leverage automation to enhance our threat intelligence capability. This role will not be responsible for the up and down state of the solution itself.

What we’re looking for
Have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, GCIH, CISSP) are nice to haves.
3 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, with a focus on automation.
Experience with with with SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) tools.
Experience with threat intelligence platforms (TIP) and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
Experience in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Experience with various cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001).
Experience and knowledge of cloud security principles and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience and understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity technologies.
