Position Purpose: Maintain and improve the enterprise security policy framework and enterprise security training and awareness program, driven by changes in new regulations, contract requirements, and internal security changes.

Create computer-based eLearning courses and training materials by defining training requirements and developing internal training or leveraging vendor supplied training to make customizations. Communicate and track employee security awareness and training program.Manage the enterprise-wide simulated phishing training program data. Support phishing training, manage and track results, develop reports, perform trend and risk analysis, and communicate results.Determine if security policy and standards updates needed due to changes in regulations, business processes, and best practices; manage security policy framework in the Governance, Risk & Compliance tool, and communicate updates.Support leadership by creating presentations regarding security risks, accomplishments, key initiatives and security metrics.Manage enterprise-wide Centene SECURE Intranet website, respond to user inquiries, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, Adult Education, Business or equivalent. 0-2 years of Security, Information Security Risk, Information Security Compliance, or related experience.

Pay Range: $54,000.00 - $97,100.00 per year
