Now it’s time for you to join us on our journey to being a responsible technology innovator and a force for good in the world. **Your role and responsibilities** Job Responsibilities: · Implement high-performance software leveraging strong system design and Java programming skills · Develop efficient and scalable systems with a focus on performance and concurrency · Work closely with the QA team to define test plans and ensure high-quality deliverables · Analyze, debug, and resolve complex issues related to multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance core system management features **Required technical and professional expertise** Necessary Skills: · Strong Core Java skills, including Streams, Exception Handling, NIO (New I/O), Concurrency, and Multithreading · Fundamental understanding of Data Structures (DS), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and system design concepts · Knowledge of RESTful web services and API development · Proficiency in common Java frameworks and tools (Spring, Hibernate, Maven, etc.) · Experience with design patterns and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) · Familiarity with cloud platforms and system management stack software development · Strong debugging and problem determination skills Preferred Skills: · Experience with tools like Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Gerrit, or equivalent CI/CD tools · Python: moderate knowledge · Knowledge of IBM Power Systems, Virtualization, and System Management is an added advantage · Encryption, certificates, operating systems concepts, identification and authorization, attacks and threats Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mandatory) · Preferred: M.S. or M.Tech in relevant fields
