Summary:

 Monitors and patrols assigned areas to provide a safe environment for guests, employees, the company and their property. Provides outstanding guest service to guests with questions and/or concerns. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

 

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Provide protection for the casino and its employees and guests Guard all transfers of moneys and tokens, chips and credits on the casino floor Perform the duties of a security officer Complete all incident reports pertaining to outside patrol issues Control the flow of traffic at the entrance of the garage and inside the garage Escort armored car personnel around the property Function as fire control center officer and time officer to relieve other officers for their breaks Escort trespassing individuals off property Assist guests in locating lost vehicles Maintain bicycle in operating condition Investigate auto accidents Secure the operations office during in-custody situations Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards Perform other duties as assigned
