**Job Description:**
The Security Compliance Resiliency Analyst provides operational support for Tri-State’s physical security and resilience programs. This role supports daily physical security activities, contributes to NERC CIP compliance efforts, and is cross trained in both physical security system technology and crisis management functions. The position plays a critical role in ensuring continuity of operations by serving as a backup resource to the Security Systems Technician and Business Resiliency Manager.

**Security Compliance Resiliency Analyst**
Hiring Salary Range: $77,000-$96,000
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of physical access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems across facilities.
+ Participate in NERC CIP physical security compliance activities, including documentation, access reviews, and audit readiness.
+ Assist in managing user access provisioning and deprovisioning in coordination with HR and IT.
+ Serve as a cross-trained backup for the Security Systems Technician, providing operational and technical support during absences or escalated service needs.
+ Assist in documenting and investigating physical security incidents and provide follow-up reports as needed.
+ Contribute to the development, maintenance, and testing of business continuity and crisis management plans.
+ Serve as a backup to the Business Resiliency Manager during crisis management activations and preparedness activities.
+ Support alignment of plans and response structures with the Incident Command System (ICS).
+ Maintain and update security procedures, continuity plans, and incident documentation.
+ Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support operational readiness across security and continuity programs.
+ Participate in security and continuity drills, tabletop exercises, and internal evaluations.
+ Participate in internal audits and support regulatory filings or reviews related to physical security.
+ Adheres to and demonstrates compliance with appropriate electric utility industry regulatory requirements. Attains knowledge and remains knowledgeable of development in regulations, laws, standards, and best practices applicable to the functional area including, but not limited to, Standards of Conduct, Environmental, Employment Law, NERC Reliability Standards and Safety. Must be familiar with, and comply with, all aspects of Corporate Policy C-54, Compliance.

**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security, business continuity, or a related field
+ Experience with access control and surveillance systems preferred
+ Willingness to participate in after-hours response or testing activities including on-call rotation
+ Working knowledge of business continuity and crisis management practices, including ICS structure
+ Familiarity with NERC CIP requirements is preferred including but not limited to:
+ NERC CIP-004 (Personnel & Training)
+ NERC CIP-006 (Physical Security of BES Cyber Systems)
+ NERC CIP-007 (Systems Security Management)
+ NERC CIP-010 (Configuration Change Management & Vulnerability Assessments)
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance
+ Willingness to travel up to 25% which may include some overnight travel
