YOUR IMPACT:

As a Security & Compliance Solutions/Customer Care Specialist you will be apart of the best in class customer care team.  You’ll be taking and making OpenText customer calls, working with different departments and functional areas, and all with the goal of creating a positive experience for customers.  OpenText is the trusted leader in productivity, email security and compliance solutions for businesses of all sizes, OpenText continues to grow by helping guide our customers through challenging cyber risks to ultimately find even greater opportunities. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS: 

Providing support to OpenText's internal sales teams and external customers.Multi-tasking with exceptional energy, focus, and patience. You’ll find that this experience teaches the most fundamental tenet of business: How to treat customers well and keep them for the long term.Manage telephone, instant messaging and ticket queues so that client issues are resolved in a timely fashion.Develop a functional and technical understanding of OpenText products with a working knowledge of complementary products and services.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

2+ years Sales operations or end-user support experienceKnowledge of Office 365Familiarity with security and compliance solutionsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.Detailed in documenting information and practice good follow-through techniquesCollege degree and/or technical certification, or equivalent

Work Hours: 
7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Must be flexible to work various shifts as needed – including remote weekend/holiday on-call availability. This position includes periods of telephone-intensive work and may require sitting for long periods of time. During emergency situations, i.e. natural disasters this position will be expected to work remotely and perform all duties from remote location.
