We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for a talented **Level 4** **SCA** to join our growing team! **What You'll Be Doing** **:** + Develop and implement procedures for product testing. + Reviews and evaluates test results and recommends production or design changes to ensure compliance with qualify and performance standards + Develops and implements procedures for product testing. + Designs and develops engineering standards and tests to evaluate the functionality of products and systems. + Performing information systems assessment and authorization (A&A) as defined in applicable ICDs and guidance. + Performing, developing, and implementing security related directives and guidance for IA/IT/IM. + Experience utilizing risk management strategies for information technology solutions. + Coordinate A&A activities of industry and Government information systems and manage and track systems involved in the A&A process. + Manages program and project implementation and makes significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts. **What Required Skills You'll Bring** **:** + **Active Top Secret/SCI** **with CI Poly** + Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience. Non-degreed candidates will require 15+ years relevant experience. + Experience developing and implementing security related directives and guidance for IA, IT, and IM. + An active IAM Level III certification **(must be willing to obtain/maintain certification within 6 months of hire).** **What Desired Skills You Might Bring** **:** + Experience in technical project management. + Technical understanding of emerging technologies and their implementation within Government system and network environments. + Knowledge of information technology concepts used in the evaluation of security performance and integrity of state-of-the-art applications, communications systems, hardware, software, satellite control systems, and information processing systems. + Technical understanding of information technology systems, software, and networks. \#H25 **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
