The Opportunity:
As a CACI Security Cooperation Operations Integrator, you will provide unique expertise from tactical up to the strategic level, in support of United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise, the interagency and its community of interest (COI). Be at the forefront of strategic military cooperation efforts across Latin America, working directly with the Colombian Armed Forces and eight Partner Nations.Gain exposure to US Embassy operations and contribute to significant defense programs that enhance regional security.Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), SOUTHCOM Headquarters, and regional security cooperation offices.Lead coordination efforts for high-level international training programs, mobile training teams (MTTs), and security initiatives.Work in a dynamic, bilingual environment, with opportunities to hone your language skills and gain proficiency in critical defense cooperation systems (SOCIUM, SC-TMS, TED).Support impactful initiatives in regional security cooperation, influencing policy development and execution across several countries in Central and South America. Responsibilities:Plan and synchronize Mobile Training Team (MTT) and School Courses led by the Colombian Armed Forces across nine US Embassy Security Cooperation Office stakeholders and eight Partner Nations.Ensure MTT execution aligns with DoD Foreign Clearance Guide requirements, handling APACS submissions and other mission-critical processes. Prepare and enter required documentation in DSCA and SOUTHCOM systems (SOCIUM, SC-TMS, TED) for Fiscal Year forecasting.Monitor the execution of MTTs and Security Cooperation Initiatives, ensuring timely reporting of After-Action Reports (AARs) and Human Rights Training Reports.Assist in compiling data for DSCA Congressional Notification submissions regarding USCAP Regional Security Cooperation Initiatives.Support the planning and execution of Traditional Commanders Activities (TCA) Workshops and related coordination for Partner Nation participation. Monitor and coordinate Line of Accounting (LOA) approvals, Mission Coordination Team field appointments, and supply requisitions for mission support.Prepare and coordinate Training and Equipment Lists (TELs) and Military Articles and Services Lists (T-MASL) to resource MTTs.Create and update Spanish-English staff products, fact sheets, and briefing materials for high-level events.Must be available for occasional travel to support regional workshops and training events.Qualifications:
Required:
Willing to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Bachelor’s degree or Associates/Vocational/Technical education or equivalent work experience. We will also consider candidates with directly relevant experience with coordinating and monitoring the execution of USCAP Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAIs) and support of US Special Forces execution of the Mission Coordination Team (MCT). Support execution of Colombian Special Forces Division MTTs in Costa Rica and Honduras.Spanish fluency at a 3/3 proficiency level (reading, writing, speaking) is required as the principal language for coordination is Spanish.Desired:

The proposed salary range for this position is:
