The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Security Department Coordinator to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Security Department Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Corporate Security Department through the examination and evaluation of relevant information to select the best course of action. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 – $60,406 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Administer the Alcohol Service Policy Compliance initiative, ensuring the implementation, testing, and enforcement of alcohol policies across the organization, while conducting analytical reviews to identify trends and report results to executive management Monitor and review new incidents and conduct analysis of the Workplace Violence Program to identify potential issues, providing formal written reports to executive management Serve as the administrator for the home office security access control and CCTV systems, ensuring the integrity and functionality of these physical security systems Coordinate corporate due diligence, preliminary investigations, and reputational background checks as requested, ensuring all procedures are followed Provide administrative support for managing the corporate security department’s annual budget, ensuring efficient financial management and tracking More about you Bachelors degree preferred; experience may substitute for degree Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with experience running fire drills Knowledge of Excel and Word required Knowledge of software programs for access control systems and the ability to capture and back up incidents for investigation is preferable but not required Experience monitoring policy compliance is a plus Shift details
