The famous Caribe Hilton is looking for their next Security Dispatcher to join their team.

Located on a beautiful peninsula in San Juan, Puerto Rico, it is a vibrant destination beach-front resort! Sitting on 17 acres of tropical landscape, the resort is just a short distance from Old San Juan, the vibrant Condado district and the Puerto Rico Convention Center. Featuring a picturesque ocean-side boardwalk, 652 guest rooms and 65,000 square feet of meeting space.

The Ideal Candidate must have Security, Customer Service and Dispatcher related experience

Shift Pattern: Full Availability. Rotating shifts throughout the week and weekends - Including Overnight. Work on Holidays.

\n

Pay Rate: $10.50 per hour

\n

 

\n

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Security dispatcher, you will assist the Security team to ensure safety and security of all Guests, Team Members and contractors, and visitors while at the hotel. A CCTV Operator is also monitors the CCTV recordings carefully to report any untoward incidents taking place in and around the hotel premises. Specifically, the CCTV Operator will perform the following tasks at the highest level of service:

\n\nMaintain the security and safety of the hotel, Guests, and Team Members and their property by providing constant vigilance in and around the hotel premises through CCTV records.\nAct promptly in the event of a circumstance that requires attention\nEnsure all fire panel is monitored constantly\nAssist Management in dealing with any incidents that arise within the hotel\nFollow all Occupational Health and Safety rules upheld by the hotel\nMonitoring of the employee authorized access point.\nWellness checkpoint related to Covid-19 \nRegister visitors to the property back of house and suppliers.\nCertify in AED and first aid\nBe able to keep daily log report\nSpeak English and Spanish (Fluently)\nWrite English and Spanish\n
