This position would require a hybrid work\r\nschedule of 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote out of our Brentwood, TN\r\noffice location.
SUMMARY:
The Security Electronics Technician is responsible for all activities related to security electronics and control integrity in all CCA facilities. Implements and maintains security electronic equipment, controls and automation systems. Inspects, troubleshoots, calibrates, and adjusts various electro-mechanical, electric, electronic, wire communication systems (IC & Paging), CCTV and Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent is required. An Associate's degree in a related technical field is preferred. Two years of experience in instrumentation, electronics and control systems is required. Candidate must have working knowledge and experience reading and interpreting electrical and electronic blueprints and diagrams. Experience applying and interpreting results from common electrical measurement instruments (voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter, oscilloscope etc.) Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate ability to complete work assignments in a timely manner, under minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Extensive travel is required. A valid driver's license is required. Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
