This position will be a **full-time contract** and **hybrid** . **What You’ll Do** + Familiarize with existing IAM environment and work with other team members on resolving issues and recommend enhancements + Frequently meet with infrastructure and application teams to gather project requirements + Develop architecture plan for IAM environment and other integrated systems + Facilitate conversation with various teams during every phase of project implementation + Ensure project design and implementation following already defined guidelines by the organization + Develop disaster recovery plan for IAM environment + Oversee build of the environment and validate the environment to meets all security and compliance controls + Document system changes/enhancements and ensure information is distributed to team members **What You'll Need** Required: + Bachelor's Degree + 15+ years of experience with Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager + 15+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and IIS on Windows Server 2019 or 2022 + 15+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server + 15+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and ADLDS + 15+ years of experience with .NET and C# Programming + 10+ years of experience with IBM Security Access Manager and RACF + Extensive knowledge of Identity and Access Management Infrastructure + Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory, EntraID, ADLDS, RACF, and Other LDAP + Proven experience in integrating various Directory Services to support single sign-on + Experience in other Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Identity Manager, SQL Server, and IIS + Proficient in programming in CSharp, .NET, Powershell, and other scripting languages + Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with the organization + Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Preferred: + 5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityNow + Research market trends pertaining to Identity and Access Management, recommend best practices, and mentor team to build necessary competency **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor \#LI-CB1 **Reasonable Accommodation Statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111. **Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement** It is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
