Join Our Growing Global Security Team
As our organization and department continue to expand, we’re seeking a highly skilled Security Engineering Architect to join our global security community of practice. In collaboration with other security professionals and the CISO, this role will be pivotal in shaping and driving the architectural and technological vision for the company. As a recognized authority in security, the Security Architect will provide multidisciplinary guidance, mentorship, and expertise, becoming a key influencer in engineering decisions while contributing to strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
Works on alignment of security architecture and project activities with company priorities, stakeholder needs, and broader business objectives, while contributing to the team’s road map and strategy.
Detects and scales best practices within the security function; helps drive improvements and owns and/or assists with their implementation.
Proactively inspects the current architecture, suggests enhancements, and redesigns systems where necessary to improve security and operational efficiency.
Provides expert guidance and mentorship to peers and stakeholders alike; fostering skill development and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Researches and monitors emerging trends, developments, and technologies in security, leveraging these insights to inform mid-term and long-term development strategies in collaboration with the CISO.
Helps with overseeing the delivery of security initiatives by prioritizing goals and backlogs, aligning multiple initiatives, and ensuring timely execution of activities.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient solutions that align with organizational goals.
Mentor and coach others, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing. Provide thought leadership and strategic insights, supporting both individual and team development.
Requirements:
10+ years experience as a Security Architect or in a senior-level technical security role, preferably within a technologically advanced, international, or regional environment.
Relevant technical certifications, as well as a university degree in Information Technology (or a relevant field), are preferred.
Exceptional strategic, conceptual, and analytical abilities, with a proven track record of influencing organizational change and implementing effective security measures.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams, translating complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders. Experience with leading and/or coordinating teams is a bonus.
Full professional fluency in English.
