SECURITY EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

Position General Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining branch security equipment, drive up equipment, under-counter, alarms, access control, and vault doors of all Stockman Bank branches. Responsible for staff training within branches or training to maintenance personnel to assist with repairs. Responsible for assisting Facilities Officer on any and all maintenance contracts associated with afore mentioned responsibilities.
Education, Experience and Certification Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalency.
· Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
· Experience in Security equipment installation and maintenance.
· Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
· Knowledge of how to safely perform requested tasks and willingness to do so in such a manner
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in scheduling and completing a broad range of maintenance tasks and/or repairs with a high success rate.
Dimension of Job
This position will be required to assist all of our Stockman Bank branches in the maintenance and repair of all our Security Equipment. Which includes, but is not limited to, Vault door, time lock, DVR, CCTV cameras, VAT equipment, night drop, alarm panel, alarm equipment, under-counter equipment, Teller drawers, commercial drawers, ATM, access control, and Safe deposit boxes. This person will also be required to facilitate training for maintenance staff so they may assist him in repairs across the state. You will also be required to assist the Facilities Officer with any maintenance agreements that Stockman Bank contracts with third party companies or individuals pertaining to the equipment that you are charged with maintaining
Position Specific Responsibilities, Duties and Competencies
Maintenance function:
1. Responsible for repairs of security equipment, ATMs, Branch hardware, and any equipment that Stockman Bank feels falls under necessary day to day operation equipment.
2. Responsible for acquiring parts to repair security equipment.
3. Responsible for maintaining a stock of required parts for foreseeable issues concerning bank equipment and for keeping your stock and stock area clean and organized.
4. Must seek and complete training pertinent to successfully completing maintenance of equipment as technology progresses.
5. Assist with maintenance contracts pertaining to ATM and branch security equipment.
6. Act as a contact between the bank and any third party vendor that is working on our buildings pertaining to Branch security equipment.
7. Assist the Stockman Bank Facilities officer with matters of Vendor billing.
8. Install new equipment and train local staff on its operation.
9. If provided a fleet vehicle you must, either yourself or through our other maintenance staff, see to its general maintenance and well being.
Training:
1. On a periodic basis, train Stockman Bank maintenance personnel so they may assist you across the state with your maintenance function.
2. Keep up with the current technology so that the training you provide is relevant.
Sales/Public Relations:
1. Promote the improvement of Stockman Bank through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic.
2. Greet all customers pleasantly and make them feel welcome and comfortable.
