We are seeking a Field Team Lead to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our on premise security escorts. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the security team members, ensuring tasks are covered, documented, and safety is ensured. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will translate high-level project activities into actionable plans, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure that daily actives are covered. This will include scheduling team members regarding what shifts they need to cover, back filling for vacations or sickness, are other daily needs.

Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily field team activities to ensure alignment with project goals and schedules.Act as a liaison between the Project Manager and the field team, ensuring clear communication of tasks, priorities, and timelines.Monitor team performance, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges promptly, maintaining productivity and morale.Conduct regular check-ins with the team to assess progress and address any concerns.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.Prepare, review, and submit daily reports on team activities, progress, and challenges to the Project Manager.Escort uncleared personnel throughout the facility.Verify the reregistration status of all visitors. Get personnel registered and badged into the facility. Work with facility to allowed uncleared workers access as needed, or redirect uncleared personnel to another area as needed. Will be responsible for cleanliness of uniform and equipment assigned.Required to interact and escort as required with public and government personnel. Meet, greet, and interact professionally with employees, VIPs, and the general public.Maintain poise and self-control under stress. Respond and assist medical, fire department, law enforcement, and other personnel at the direction of supervisors Construct and write clear, concise, accurate, and detailed reports in English. Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays. Other duties as assigned Required Skills & Required Experience Proven experience in leading and coordinating field teams.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project requirements.Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.Must be at least 21 years of age. Minimum High School Diploma or GED. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire. Prior military, civilian, or security guard experience preferred. Successfully completed all training and have obtained all required permits, licenses, certifications and security clearances for the site. Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license. Ability to repetitively stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 50 lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes, in addition to ability to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces.Must be able to stand up to five hours at a time.Must be reliable and dependable.Ability to carry out written and oral directions.Ability to communicate effectively with others.Ability to maintain favorable public relations.Access control experience preferred.Don’t meet every single requirement?
