Maintain a visible presence to discourage unauthorized or illegal activities. Conduct interior patrols to ensure site safety and compliance with museum policies. Complete daily activity and incident reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage crowds, ensuring they remain orderly and safe during events, and exhibitions. Respond effectively to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches. Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras. Manage entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and granting authorized access. Be comfortable using security-related technology and systems. Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Culture and Art Industry  Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license French language skills not Mandatory but an asset  Must be PR or Canadian citizen.  Strong customer service skills  Excellent computer skills
